In this guide, I’m sharing a day by day itinerary for a summer trip to the South of France through Saint-Tropez and Provence. I did the planning, so you don’t have to ;)

The full version is gated to paid subscribers only, but if you’re just looking for a list of recommendations in Saint-Tropez, you can find those in my previously published guide below:
FOR WHO
Couples looking for a luxurious, indulgent getaway that has a little bit of all the things — relaxing, exploring, partying, and culture.
THE VIBE
When I plan my travels, I like to balance different types of experiences — high energy with slow and recharging. Saint-Tropez and Provence make for the perfect pair.
Saint-Tropez — where you spend the day between sun bed and sea, then head to a long, leisurely lunch complemented by live music and bottles of rosé. At night, you’re either dancing on tables at a port-side restaurant, or watching cute french children play bocce in a romantic garden dining room.
Provence — where you take your time in the truest sense of the phrase. It’s a dream destination if you love sleeping in with just one plan for the day: finishing that book you can’t let go of on a lounge chair in the sun. If that’s the case, I’m sure you also wouldn’t mind sampling 15 farm-to-table cheeses at your daily breakfast buffet.

Find my recommendations for where to stay in both regions at the bottom of the itinerary.
