Rent a car at the airport!
To make the most of your trip to Mallorca, it makes sense to stay in a few different areas on the island.
If you’re looking for a relaxing “beach vacation”, you probably don’t want to spend much time in Palma.
Do not miss Deià.
Mallorca is easy to combine with a trip to Ibiza. You can get there via ferry (~3 hours) or a short flight (30 mins). For tips, see my guide below.
WEST OF THE ISLAND

Villages
Cala Deià + Ca’s Patro March - go to the beach here during the day and make a reservation ahead of time at the restaurant for late lunch.
There’s a parking lot at the bottom of the long hill (don’t leave your car in the lots at the top before the gate – the walk is long)
Soller
Cute village to walk around in with many shops

Staying in Soller the whole time with a car to explore, do you have someone you trust for a day trip boat rental?
Thank you so much!! I have my trip as
2 days Palma
2 days deia
2 days Soller
Do you think that’s good? Could I do 4 days in Soller or deia and get to both to explore or do you think it’s better to switch and go to a new place time wise?
